Led by the United Way of Southwest Colorado, TeamUP AmeriCorps is a program that places AmeriCorps members throughout Southwest Colorado to focus on improving the lives of community members from cradle to career. Currently, members are focusing on the “cradle” end of the spectrum by serving to improve outcomes in Food Security, Youth Development, Housing Security, and Early Childhood Education. Members for the 2019-2020 year will be placed in Montezuma, Dolores, La Plata, and Archuleta county.
